ABOUT THE DEVELOPER 

Larry and Judy Gaudreau have been in the development business in Sicamous since 1976, having developed the surrounding area lots over the years.  The "Hemlocks of Sicamous" 27 lot subdivision is the last parcel of land. They currently live on Vancouver Island where they also continue their other family business ventures.
